’Nothing beats playing to a live audience, outside under the stars, which is why I can’t wait to see everyone in Cardiff next May.  I’ll make it a show to remember,”  comments Jack.

For one special evening, the tranquil 130 acres of landscaped gardens and parkland of Cardiff’s Bute Park, will undergo a Savoretti takeover, as the No1 UK chart topping singer/songwriter, steps onto the stage for an incredible open-to-the-stars outside show.  With hits spanning a 15-year career,  Savoretti fans are in for a real treat in spectacular Savoretti style – Cardiff, prepare to be blown away!

Jack Savoretti rose to success in the late 2000s.  Savoretti was first given a guitar and encouraged to write music by his mother, a model who had hung out with Jimi Hendrix and The Rolling Stones back in the ‘60s.  The British musician's early albums were aided by some key placements in television and film, including One Tree Hill and Sons of Anarchy. Heading into the 2010s, Savoretti began pairing up with popular European hitmakers to make albums like Before The Storm and Written in Scars. The musical influence imparted to him by his Italian father began to emerge on later releases like 2019's Singing to Strangers,  which was recorded at famed composer Ennio Morricone’s studio in Rome. He also embraced a touch of disco on the 2021 Nile Rodgers’ produces No1 album Europiana.

His first single, "Without," was released in late 2006. A minor hit on BBC Radio 2, it was enough to attract the attention of Corinne Bailey Rae,  who invited Savoretti to join her on her European tour that year. His first full-length offering, Between the Minds, was released in 2007, and hit the Top 100 in the U.K. that year. His first solo tour kicked off in early 2008 and was followed by the re-release of his debut album, this time featuring a bonus disc of acoustic versions.

Now, with two No1 UK albums under his belt, Jack Savoretti is preparing to bring his unique talent to Cardiff Bute Park in Spring ’23.
